It was an exciting day when they started to build the second floor!  You can see where the old roof for the attic was in comparison to the new roofline.

The building of the new roof went very quickly, and the home was closed up within 2 days.

The new base for the new second floor is called the "deck".  This can also be built in just a few days.

It is exciting to watch your new second floor being added to your home.  This homeowner also gained a spacious attic when they built their addition.
