Roof Repairs

You want a roof that works - it should shed water, and not let water in. Do not neglect roof repairs!

There are many home repairs things that you can let go - but not roof problems.  Once water starts coming into the house it can rot wood, ruin insulation, damage drywall (sheetrock) and create mildew and mold problems.

Roof Overhangs

In our area it is common to have minimal overhangs / soffits.  That may have been easier for the builder who built the home, but overhangs can better protect your paint job,  siding, windows and doors.

A well designed front entry overhang will help protect a beautiful front door from the splashback that ruins so many front doors.
